Shipping:
General shipping for Ireland is €7.45 and generally takes 1-2 working days.
International shipping is also available, cost to be confirmed.
Vat & duty are always the customer's responsibility.
Please note: Busy periods such as Communions, Confirmations, Debs, Christmas, Black Friday delivery may take longer than usual.
We must be provided with a phone number so that you can be contacted by the courier company.
We will not be held liable for any postal delays which may occasionally occur.
If an Eircode is provided, this is the address that your order will be delivered to. Please ensure your Eircode is correct when placing your order. We will not be held responsible for orders delivered to the wrong eircode provided.
Returns:
If you are not happy with your purchase you have 14 days to apply for a refund or replacement. To apply for a refund please contact hello@labelboutique.ie
Please note: We can only refund or replace items that are not personalized items, including, Cups, Glasses, Candles, & PJS are NON refundable unless they have a defect on arrival, which must be noted within 24 hours of receipt.

1: Where are you based.
Our shop and printing facility is located in Clondalkin, Dublin 22
2: Can customers collect.
Customers can collect one advised order is ready, customers should enter the front door only and wear a mask. You must only arrive when authorized to do so or have been advised your order is ready.
3: What is the standard turnaround.
Typically 3-5 days, unless during busy periods (Communions, Confirmations, Christmas, Seasonal Events) our turnaround can change to 14-21 days without notice. We will always endeavor to fulfill orders in a reasonable time and we suggest to order 3 weeks in advance.
4: Is there an express I can get.
We do offer express, subject to printers approval and capability. Express is €12.
5: How can I contact you.
We are reachable on Facebook, Instagram, Email (hello@labelboutique.ie), we will respond within 2 hours during working hours.
6: I am not happy with my order, what can I do.
We are sorry to hear that! We love all the products we produce. If we have done something wrong we will fix the cause straight away! If unfortunately it is not our fault then we will fix at a 20% reduced cost. (excluding shipping costs).
7: I am not satisfied with my purchase, can I return.
If the product does not meet expectations, please tell us why! We will work to see what we can do! As items are personalized and unique to each buyer a refund or exchange is not possible, we have a very experienced team and we can help you pick a product that suits. Just get in touch. Id we cannot reach an agreement a credit not MINUS delivery will be allocated.
8: Can I cancel my order.
Orders can be cancelled within 24-hours by email and only if the product is not fulfilled by Label Boutique.
9. What is the sizing like.
At Label Boutique we have worn all the PJ'S, drank from all the mugs and sipped from the gin glasses! We feel the cotton PJ'S are true to size (a size 10) wear a size S, a size 12 wear a M, or, if you personally like a bigger more comfy size then size up accordingly.
We feel the Satin are smaller to size, they are a tight fit to put on. We suggest for Children and Adults to size up. (if you are an 8, wear a Medium).
*These are the opinions of LB staff and do not qualify for a refund should the PJ'S not fit, please get in touch for size chart if needed.
10: Can I track my order
If you have collect as the option, the track will only be live once we contact to advise, if you have selected delivery we will email you a FASTWAY tracking number on the day of dispatch. *it is not the responsibility of Label Boutique to ensure you are home on the day of delivery/and,or miss a call from the driver.
Label Boutique are NOT responsible for delays with external courier companies and thus will not valid a refund.
